Hot topic of the day. Do you Juice?


Juicing! became one of the hottest topics on the block about 7 years ago. When I first started my healthy lifestyle journey back in 2013. Juicing was one of the drinks I added to my health list. I do not have any problem eating my vegetables. But I love the idea of adding healthier drinks to my diet, so I started Juicing.


But if you are someone who may have a problem eating your vegetables this is where juicing can come in handy. And it's also a perfect time to invest in a Juicer or Blender if you haven't already owned one. To start creating your very own DIY Juice at home to take on the go or simply enjoy inside. And I usually make it all year round.

I have experimented with a lot of different juices and have also mixed my fruits and vegetables to make a perfect healthy blended drink. I love the term you have to Nourish to Flourish you have to take care of your body internally and it begins with a healthy outside, starts from the inside.


Why Juicing are beneficial?

Juicing has a variety of benefits such as a large concentration of nutrients per portion. It's also very helpful for people who have problems eating their fruits and veggies. And it's loaded with lots of vitamins and minerals."



My favorite Green Juice usually have the following ingredients


Spinach - are rich in lots of nutrients such as vitamins A, C, and K, magnesium, iron, and manganese. It's very beneficial for the eyes and helps reduce stress and blood press.


Carrots - are very rich in vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Carrots are also helpful with vision.


Ginger - is very helpful with support of the immune system, and it also helps reduce muscle pain and soreness, and upset stomach.


Lemon - are high in vitamin C, fiber. It can help with the lowering of stroke risks, blood pressure levels and is also great to help with weight loss.

Bananas - are loaded with potassium. And very helpful with lowering blood pressure and other heart diseases.

Apple - are high in fiber, vitamins, and minerals. That's why we love the phrase an apple a day keeps the doctor away.


Water - is life, we need it to function daily since 60% of the human adult body is water. And to also stay hydrated.
